Rental rules: A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the balance due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Minimum stay: 5 nights. Check-in from 3.00pm; check-out before 10.00am. Booking fee: €30 per booking. Extras payable on site: A security deposit of 1,500 euros must be paid on arrival and refunded on departure, less any costs in the event of damage. Late arrival (after 8.00pm): €100 (subject to agreement).
End-of-stay cleaning: €300, payable on arrival. Included in the price: electricity, gas, water, garden and pool maintenance. For weekly bookings, mid-week cleaning service with pool and garden maintenance included. Extras: extra bed: €20 per day, cot: €10 per day, high chair: €5 per booking.
