Villa Moresca Rental Amalfi Coast welcomes you for a luxury stay on the Amalfi Coast.
Villa Moresca is a bright, elegant villa with sun and sea views. It is located about 500 metres from the centre of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. The villa measures 500 m² and has 6 bedrooms (all with panoramic views) and can accommodate 12 guests. You can reach it from the car park by descending an outdoor staircase of about 50 steps. From there, you will enjoy a breathtaking view over Positano and the sea.
Villa Moresca offers every modern comfort, with a private pool, beautiful private terraces with sea views, ideal for dining outdoors, an outdoor hot tub, a private garden, a lift, air conditioning, winter heating, satellite television and WI-FI internet access. In detail, this property is arranged as follows:
Ground floor: where you'll find a spacious lounge furnished with Mediterranean-style furniture and light-coloured fabrics, with windows overlooking Positano and its bay; two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom (with shower) and access to the panoramic terrace, and another bathroom (with shower).
1st floor below: with a spacious dining room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with a wood-fired pizza oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all useful appliances, with direct access to the panoramic terrace furnished for outdoor dining, 1 WC with a washbasin, and 3 double bedrooms each with a private bathroom with shower, two of which have access to the panoramic terrace.
2nd floor down: where you will find 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, the fitness area with Turkish bath, a 6 x 12 m private pool and access to the panoramic garden. Finally, a car is not necessary to stay at Villa Moresca, as it is close to the centre and the SITA Amalfi-Sorrento bus stop is also just a few metres away, but if you have one, you can park it on-site, in an enclosed covered car park, where there is room for 2 cars. Booking Rules A deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of booking; the balance is due within 90 days before arrival. Minimum stay: 1 week; arrival/departure day: Saturday A refundable deposit of €1,500 must be paid on arrival, and will be returned on departure, less any charges for damage. Pets are not permitted. Check-in: from 3.00pm Check-out: before 10.00am. Additional charges (on request)
Available for an additional charge: chef/cook service, breakfast and dinner catering (waiter service on request). A deposit of €500 will be requested for the catering service until it has been provided. Tourist tax: from 1 April to 31 October, €2.50 per person (aged 10 and over) per day.
