Villa Orlando is a beautiful and very elegant property located in the centre of Sant'Agnello in a magnificent private garden (less than 2 km from the heart of Sorrento), with all amenities within walking distance. This breathtaking property is part of a magnificent estate divided into two fantastic, very large units; however, the outdoor area and pool are for guest use only.
The whole unit is arranged over 3 levels and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private pool and a well-kept garden, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people (2 people on a sofa bed). The outdoor area is simply beautiful: a well-kept garden fully equipped with sun loungers, various sitting areas, a barbecue and, of course, a magnificent 8×4 m pool (1.20-1.70 m deep), as well as an outdoor shower.
Entering the villa through the main entrance, you need to climb around 30 steps to reach the entrance hall, and you will soon be welcomed by its incomparable style. Everything is set to the highest level of comfort and luxury. The living room is very large and bright thanks to its floor-to-ceiling French windows and its 2 windows, from which you can admire a magnificent view from almost every corner of this entire floor.
The living room includes 2 very comfortable sofas, a television, and a lovely dining table with chairs positioned directly opposite a huge, highly regarded marble fireplace — absolutely stunning, a perfect blend of modernity and tradition with a touch of luxury throughout the villa.
The kitchen is located on the same level and offers every appliance you could think of, including a very large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven and a microwave, and much more, as well as an additional dining table with chairs seating up to 6 people. The kitchen has easy access to the pool through a glass door, and just outside there is a table with chairs for al fresco dining or simply breakfast by the pool.
Moving up to the first level, there are 3 bedrooms; 2 have a double bed and share a magnificent all-marble bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are furnished with high-quality materials and careful attention to detail. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with twin washbasins and a jacuzzi bath, a large wardrobe, and features a 2 m x 2 m king-size bed that can be converted into 2 large single beds if needed.
The bedroom is made of high-quality materials, with wood and marble dominating, and luxury oozing from every corner. All bedrooms have air conditioning, a television, and access to the shared balcony that runs around the entire perimeter, and the whole level is finished in parquet flooring. Villa Orlando offers 2 entrances: one is located at the front of the property with access to the private garage, and the other at the rear of the property. The villa can accommodate up to 3 standard-sized cars
From the garage, you can access the property through an interior door that will welcome you into its fantastic basement suite, which, thanks to its windows, lets in natural light, illuminating the entire area.
From the ground floor of the villa, you can access the basement via an interior staircase of around 18 steps; as soon as you approach the bedroom, you will quickly be welcomed by its distinctive style, a sitting area with 2 sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), a television, a small billiard table, and a small dining table with chairs. To reach the sleeping area, you need to climb 7 steps, where you will find 2 single beds and a lovely wardrobe. This floor has a private bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
Despite its basement location, this spacious suite is very bright and airy. The nearest beach is less than 800 metres away. Important information Rental Rules: A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the final balance due within 60 days before arrival.
