Villa Jardin is located on the Es Puig de la Vila hill, in a very quiet area with panoramic views, on 20,000 m² of grounds, 350 m from the main town of San José. There you will find all the necessary amenities: supermarkets, pharmacy, petrol station, banks, restaurants, taxis, and more. All the south coast beaches, such as Ses Salinas, Cala Jundal, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida or Cala d'Hort, as well as its iconic islet of Es Vedra, are less than 12 km away, while Ibiza Town is 14 km away.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a dining room with a large table in the kitchen area, as well as a large living room with sofa, 42-inch Full HD satellite television, DVD player, hi-fi system and portable stereo speakers for iPhone. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and more. A relaxation area is set up above the kitchen.
On this floor, you will find two twin bedrooms (90 x 200 cm beds) fitted with fans, a double bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning, as well as a full bathroom with double shower. On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning, a private balcony and a fully equipped en-suite shower room.
Outside, you will find a covered dining room with wooden table and chairs, a barbecue area, a gas hob, a large patio, terraced gardens, a natural pond and fountain, a 350 m² lawn with a wooden Balinese gazebo with cushions, table and benches, and a picnic area. The villa has a pool area (5.5 m x 12 m) with a natural salt cleaning system (chlorine-free) and teak sun loungers. The villa has a laundry room with washing machine and iron, as well as large parking for 12 cars.
Important Information Booking Rules: A deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation. The balance must be paid within 60 days before the arrival date. The price includes: electricity, water and gas charges, as well as garden and pool maintenance if the rental has one. A cleaning service is offered on departure and during the stay for bookings of a minimum of 2 weeks. Bed linen and towels included. Linen changed during the stay for bookings of a minimum of 2 weeks.
Extras: extra cleaning, extra bed: €20 per day, cot: €10 per day, high chair: €5 per day, booking fee: €30. Final cleaning: €200 to be paid on arrival. Minimum stay: 5 nights. Check-in: from 3.30pm – Check-out: before 10.30am (€100 for late arrivals after 8.00pm). Deposit: €1,000. For weekly bookings, a mid-week cleaning service with pool and garden maintenance is included. Assistance: We can be reached via the emergency number, which will be provided to you at check-in.
