Villa Verner, recently renovated in keeping with Ibiza's original architecture, is surrounded by silence and nature, with a spectacular sea view. Located in the quiet Es Cubells area, a small village perched on the edge of a cliff, it is one of the island's most privileged spots. The Villa is the ideal place to spend a restful holiday with family or friends.
Its private outdoor space includes a garden and a large terrace, where you will find a pool with sun loungers, sofas and a magnificent jacuzzi for the perfect drink with friends, facing a magnificent sea view. Just steps away, you will find a large covered loggia for al fresco dining, a large table, a summer bar with pool and a barbecue.
From the terrace, you will access the bright living room, with its oriental style and designer furniture, television, a dining area with table and chairs opening onto this space, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with central island for breakfast. The house is spread over three floors and offers a magnificent sea view from its panoramic balconies. It can accommodate 10 guests and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The master suite is fitted with a television and an en-suite bathroom with sea view.
The other 4 bedrooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. A guest toilet is also available. On the lower floor, a cinema room with large sofas is at your disposal. A gym is directly accessible from the balcony with sea view, on the upper floor, ideal for working out and enjoying free time after a day at the beach.
At Villa Verner, you will find Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe, parking and a magnificent rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a fire pit, for unforgettable sunsets. Important Information Booking Rules A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Check-in: 4.00pm – Check-out: 11.00am Security deposit amount: €5,000.00 The security deposit must be paid in the form of: bank card pre-authorisation (the amount is not charged).
