Consisting of a main building and two outbuildings, it guarantees privacy and generous space for its 12 guests. Located on the west coast of the island, it is surrounded by pine trees and the hills of San José, not far from Cala Vadella, Cala Moli and Cala Carbo beaches. The large garden surrounds the whole property and offers a spectacular sunset view.

A terrace with sea view and a 15 x 5 m pool invite you, via a few steps, into the main house, with its sitting areas, sofas and a dining area with table and chairs, television and DVD player. Large glass doors let natural light flood the house, creating an ideal atmosphere for enjoying the winter fireplace and the cinema area. This atmosphere carries through the rest of the villa, including the sleeping quarters, spread across the three buildings.

Furnished with Balinese wooden furniture and cream tones, the 6 bedrooms are all air conditioned and fitted with a television. They offer a sea view. They are arranged as follows: Bedroom 1 Ground floor: queen-size bed, private terrace and safe Bedroom 2 First floor: twin beds, safe, shared bathroom and 70 m² terrace. Bedroom 3 Located in Casita 1: twin beds, safe, private terrace with garden and pool view, outdoor Balinese daybed, sitting room shared with bedroom 4, fitted with a sofa and a fridge.

Important Information Booking Rules A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Minimum stay of 7 nights; Saturday arrival. Check-in from 4.00pm; check-out before 10.00am.

Deposit of €5,000 to be paid by pre-authorisation on your bank card (the amount is not charged). End-of-stay cleaning: €300 to be paid on arrival. No smoking. Children welcome. Wheelchair access: No. Pets not permitted. Events and parties prohibited. Included in the rates: Housekeeper included 8 hours a day, cleaning services included (except Sunday). A security guard is on duty 7 hours a night in July and August. Assistance: We can be reached via the emergency number, which will be provided to you at check-in.
