Casa Gioia Rental Amalfi Coast welcomes you for a luxury stay on the Amalfi Coast.
Casa Gioia is a beautiful holiday home set on a hillside, facing the sea. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Covering 80 m², it’s part of a property that also includes two other houses. It has all the necessary amenities: air conditioning (or heating in winter), a lounge and dining room, satellite TV, Wi-Fi access, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool and a 150 m² terrace covered by a wooden roof, with a table and chairs, from where you can enjoy an unobstructed view over the sea, Positano and the Amalfi Coast.
Casa Gioia is just 600 metres from the centre of Positano, where you'll find bars, restaurants and shops. The bus stop for the Amalfi-Sorrento line and the local line is just 200 metres away, while the nearest beach is 1.5 km away. You don't need a car to stay here. If you have one, you can park it in a garage (extra charge) by prior booking. Please note that access to the property is via a narrow road, not suited to large vehicles.
You can also park larger vehicles free of charge along the public road (the distance between your vehicle and the property will depend on available parking spaces). The house includes a lounge (with very comfortable furnishings), accessible from the fully equipped kitchen. It has a sofa and a settee, and is of course air-conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, an electric oven, a fridge with an ice maker, a dishwasher and an Italian coffee maker. The dining table seats six guests.
The kitchen gives access to the terrace. From the hallway, you reach the three bedrooms, furnished with elegant furniture, double beds (larger than queen-size), air conditioning and a private bathroom (with shower). One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a washing machine. Finally, let's talk about the circular pool. The pool area is equipped with a parasol and three sun loungers. From the pool, you'll enjoy an unobstructed view over the sea, Positano and the Amalfi Coast. The pool is open from May to October. Important information
Rental rules A 30% deposit must be paid upon booking. The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date. Arrival from 3:00pm and departure before 10:00am. Minimum stay: 5 nights Arrival day: Flexible The pool is open from May to October. Security deposit A refundable security deposit of €200 must be paid on arrival. It will be returned to you before your departure, less any charges in the event of accidental damage. End-of-stay cleaning: €120, payable before departure.
Tourist tax: €2.50 per person (aged 10 and over) per day. Other services (extra charge): Parking (by reservation): €30.00 per day per car.
