Villa Opallia is located in Agia Sofia, in the Tourlos area, a 10-minute drive from Mykonos Town and about a 20-minute drive from Psarou, Ornos, Saint John and Agios Stefanos beaches. The villa overlooks the Aegean Sea, is spread over three floors and covers an area of 383 m². It has 8 bedrooms — 3 main bedrooms and 5 suites — 9 bathrooms (8 en suite and 1 guest bathroom) and can accommodate up to 16 guests.
On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (both with double bed + private bathroom), 4 suites (all with double bed + private bathroom) plus 1 adjoining suite (with two single beds + private bathroom), while the upper floor comprises a bedroom (with double bed + private bathroom). This luxury villa is characterised by a minimalist style and has a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.
Outside, there are large living and dining spaces and a large 67 m² pool. Villa Opallia has every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, HI-FI system, alarm system, safe, parking for 3 cars, and more, making it the ideal place for a restful holiday in Mykonos. Important Information Booking Rules: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, with the final balance due no later than 60 days before arrival. Minimum stay: 3-4-5 nights depending on the season; 1 week between 6 July and 18 August.

The villa's manager/owner reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees if guests do not leave the property in the condition stated above. Included in the rental price: 2 hours of daily housekeeping, daily change of bath and pool towels, and household linen changed twice a week. In accordance with the latest Greek regulations, residents must pay an additional climate resilience tax of €10 per villa per night.
This tax is not included in the villa rental price and must be paid before departure.
