Villa Pinta is a luxury rental property located in the south-west of Mykonos. It benefits from a strategic position: indeed, it is a short distance from Mykonos Town and the famous beaches of Platis Gialos and Psarou, while at the same time offering relaxation and tranquillity being located within an exclusive private complex. The villa has 5 bedrooms and can easily accommodate up to 10 people. It is divided into three levels.

As you enter, you are welcomed by the dining room, a living room overlooking the pool, and an equipped kitchen. On this level there is also a first double bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom. On the upper level are two further double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom: one of these bedrooms has access to a private balcony, the other opens onto the outdoor space. Finally, on the lower level, there are two bedrooms, including a double bedroom with private bathroom,

the other with two single beds, private bathroom and balcony. Outside there is a beautiful infinity pool with views over the islands of Delos and Rhenia. In addition, this space is fitted with deckchairs and sun loungers where you can lie back and sunbathe, and has a handy barbecue for al fresco grilling. on warm summer evenings. The property offers a high level of comfort, such as 24-hour CCTV, a private yacht dock and a helipad if needed. Important information

Services & Amenities

House rules

• Minimum stay: 3 nights in low and mid-season; 4 nights in high season; 6 nights in peak season.
• Check-in time is set between 3.00pm and 8.00pm, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Check-out time is set at 10.00am.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the final balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
• A refundable deposit of 20% of the total stay amount will be required on arrival, in the form of a debit authorisation on a credit or debit card.
• The property manager will inspect the villa for any damage, deficiency or anything out of the ordinary that may have been caused by the tenant or any person residing at or invited to the property. The property manager will refund the security deposit within 10 days of departure, provided no charges or expenses of any kind remain unpaid, for any reason.

Chargeable services

• Pool pre-heating and heating charges: pre-heating and maintaining the pool heating are chargeable.
• Helipad usage fee: a fee is charged for using the helipad for landing or parking.
