Villa Polluce Rental Amalfi Coast welcomes you for a luxury stay on the Amalfi Coast.
Villa Polluce is located in the pretty hilltop village of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, known for its famous restaurant “Don Alfonso”, one of Italy's most exclusive restaurants. However, even though this small village sits atop a hill, it has everything within easy reach, so you will want for nothing during your holiday. This villa is charming, elegant and classic all at once.
The villa is set within a very large garden which includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen where guests can enjoy barbecues and pizza parties. The pool is located on the other side of the garden and measures approximately sixty square metres, with an area fitted with sun loungers and parasols where you can spend your time relaxing, enjoying a long cocktail or simply admiring the sunset. Villa Polluce can accommodate up to ten guests and is arranged over four levels:
The ground floor, which is the villa's main entrance, leads to a very large living/sitting room, finely decorated and divided into two zones by an old but elegant fireplace. The kitchen is professional-grade and has all the tools needed to let you learn the secrets of our cuisine. From the kitchen, you can access the garden directly, where the barbecue area and pizza oven are located. On the ground floor is one of the bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
A lower floor, accessible via a staircase, where there is a laundry room where you can wash and iron your clothes. First floor: where there are three bedrooms: a single bedroom and two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, while the other has another bathroom with shower. Second floor: on the top floor, there is another double bedroom with a half bathroom (no bath, no shower). Private parking is also available for villa guests. Important Information
Booking Rules Minimum stay 3 nights. These include exclusive use of the property, bed linen changed twice a week and towels changed daily. Cleaning included (3 hours per day, Monday to Saturday). Use of the internal lift excluded. Heating is separate and costs €70.00 per day. Check-in time: from 3.00pm Check-out time: before 10.00am Tourist tax: €3.00 per day per person (aged 18 and over) Cot: €50 per stay (on request) Late arrival fee from 9.00pm €50.00
