Villa delle Sirene Rental Amalfi Coast welcomes you for a luxury stay on the Amalfi Coast.
This villa has been recently and carefully renovated, with high-quality materials and state-of-the-art fittings. It is located in Marina del Cantone, in Massa Lubrense, between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Around 20 km from Sorrento and Positano, it sits in a charming, historic little fishing village where you will find all kinds of amenities (restaurants, a diving centre, boat hire, daily group excursions, a mini-market, a bus stop).
'Villa delle Sirene' includes an indoor space of around 400 m² and an outdoor space with a carefully maintained garden. Parking is also available at the entrance to the property. The villa is arranged over three levels: the first level, on the ground floor, includes a vast 120 m² living space, divided into several areas: a dining table seating up to 20 people, a living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, a sitting area with comfortable sofas and a dining area with comfortable sofas.
TV area with high-tech television, Bose sound system, computer corner and satellite TV. The entrance hall connects via various openings to the garden, where the outdoor terrace and kitchen are located. The kitchen is fitted with large stainless steel worktops for optimal meal preparation, large fridges, an ice-maker and all the necessary utensils and accessories, all made from top-quality materials. A cook can be made available to you (on request and for an additional charge).
The living room has a guest bathroom. All bedrooms are located on the upper floors of the villa and have an en-suite bathroom. They are all fitted with orthopaedic mattresses, two of which are memory foam, three with a safe, and four with a minibar. Four bedrooms have a king-size bed and one a queen-size bed. On the second floor, three bedrooms offer every comfort needed: one bedroom is fitted with a jacuzzi and offers the option of enjoying chromotherapy.
The bedrooms on this level have a pleasant and comfortable sitting area with sofa. On this level, you will find a terrace with a sun deck and a 4 x 3.8-metre jacuzzi, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the Bay of Marina del Cantone. This terrace is perfectly sun-exposed. On the 3rd floor, you will find two further bedrooms, one of which has a lovely terrace with sea view.
This villa was designed and built with the sole aim of offering optimal comfort, using materials, colours and lighting that guarantee total relaxation. About 1 km from the villa, you will find Nerano Beach, where you will find several restaurants. You will also find a lovely jetty where you can moor your own boat or hire one (with or without a skipper). Your holiday in this villa will certainly be exclusive and luxurious. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Services included Beach towels: 1 per person per week.
