Overview

Villa Efkalia is a beautiful rental property located in the Agios Lazaros area of Mykonos. The outdoor area offers a large relaxation space with well-maintained gardens, a magnificent infinity pool with panoramic views over the surrounding islands and the blue of the Aegean Sea, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. Villa Efkalia can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people and has 5 bedrooms, a mezzanine and 5 bathrooms, arranged over two levels.

At the entrance, there is a sitting area with sofas and a flat-screen television. Next to it, a bright dining room offering an enchanting view over the landscape, and a well-equipped kitchen. On this level there is also a double bedroom with private bathroom and a mezzanine with a single bed. On the lower level, there are 4 bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds each with a private bathroom, one double bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one with 2 single beds.

The last two bedrooms share a bathroom and all have a sea view. On this level there is also a second, smaller kitchen. The villa is part of a luxury complex offering privacy and high-end comfort, including a private helipad, a private jetty and 24-hour security. Important information House rules: Minimum stay: 3 nights in low and mid-season; 4 nights in high season; 6 nights in peak season. Check-in time is set between 3.00pm and 8.00pm, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Check-out time is set at 10.00am. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the final balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the arrival date. A refundable deposit of 20% of the total stay amount will be required on arrival, in the form of a debit authorisation on a credit or debit card.

The property manager will inspect the villa for any damage, deficiency or anything out of the ordinary that may have been caused by the tenant or any person residing at or invited to the property. The property manager will refund the security deposit within 10 days of departure, provided no charges or expenses of any kind remain unpaid, for any reason.
