It sits on a fenced 120,000 m² plot offering a breathtaking view over the sea and the west coast of the island. The property spans a single level and has direct access to the small bay of Cala Corral via a staircase.
Inside, the villa has a large living-dining room with plasma-screen television (digital), as well as access to the pool terrace offering a breathtaking sea view. The dining room can seat 10 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges, citrus juicer, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster, kettle, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa has 5 bedrooms in total, all located on the ground floor: Bedroom 1

Outside, the villa has a terrace, a private 9 x 5 m pool (chlorinated water) with child safety barriers, 2 parasols and 4 sun loungers. You will also find a barbecue and gas hob, an outdoor dining room under a porch, an outdoor shower, parking for 3 to 4 cars and a seating area with sofa under an outdoor veranda offering a breathtaking sea view. Important Information Booking Rules:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights from late May to late September. Check-in between 4.00pm and 8.00pm; check-out between 8.00am and 10.00am. Late arrival (after 8.00pm): €100 (subject to agreement). Included in the rate: bed linen and towels, electricity, water, gas, cleaning (3 hours per day), bed linen and towels changed (once a week), pool and garden maintenance.
Guests are asked to place their rubbish bags in the bins provided for this purpose when leaving the house. There is no household waste collection service in Ibiza. In low and mid-season, extra charges may apply if heating and electricity consumption is above average. Children welcome (they must be supervised by an adult when using the jacuzzi, pool, sauna or hammam).
