Villa Ieranto 6 Rental Amalfi Coast welcomes you for a luxury stay on the Amalfi Coast.
Villa Ieranto 6 is a splendid luxury villa with sea views, located not far from Marina del Cantone beach in Nerano, a former fishing village now a well-known tourist resort, with its small village surrounded by villas, hotels and some of the peninsula's finest Michelin-starred restaurants. The villa is arranged over two floors. The main building of around 200 m² offers panoramic terraces overlooking the sea.
It is fitted with lifts, private access to the sea also reachable by a private funicular, private parking, air conditioning with an innovative diffusion system, heating and free Wi-Fi. The outdoor pool, surrounded by two maritime pines and set on a terrace overlooking the sea, with its panoramic lounge area and hot tub, is the ideal spot to relax while enjoying the scents of the flower garden around it. All bedrooms offer an exceptional panorama and a breathtaking view over Marina del Cantone and the Li Galli islands.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ieranto 6. If you do come by car, you can park it free of charge in the private car park inside the gate. You can reach the villa's bedrooms from the car park and entrance gate directly by a private lift or by an outdoor stone staircase of around 30 steps. The villa has extensive outdoor areas of around 500 m², allowing you to enjoy maximum privacy.
The private pool, located right by the sea and fitted with hydromassage seating, measures 3.90 metres wide, 9 metres long and 1.20 to 1.70 metres deep. The green lawn overlooking it is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor hot shower. From the pool, you will enjoy a spectacular view over the sea, Marina del Cantone and the Li Galli islands. The pool is open all year round. The ground-floor terrace surrounding the villa measures around 140 m².
In front of the large sitting room, you will find a fully furnished lounge area and a dining area with a large 3-metre-long table, set beneath a century-old olive tree. This space is enhanced with curtains creating a cosy patio atmosphere. The top floor has a large flower-filled terrace leading to the four bedrooms, all panoramic and tastefully furnished.
The first bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has a double bed and a single bed (with an additional pull-out bed), satellite television, a safe, a cot, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, toilet, shower, a beautiful mirror, a hairdryer and toiletries. From the bedroom, you can access the magnificent terrace with sea view. It is reached via the corridor and the terrace.
The second bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has a double bed and a single bed, satellite television, a safe, a minibar, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, toilet, shower, a magnifying mirror, a hairdryer and a courtesy kit. From the bedroom, you can access a large balcony offering a spectacular view over the sea and the Li Galli islands. It is reached via the corridor.
The third bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has a double bed, a balcony with sea view, satellite television, a safe, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, toilet, shower, a magnifying mirror, a hairdryer and a courtesy kit. It is reached via the corridor. Two cots and two high chairs for children are available on request. The ground floor is accessible by a private lift or by an outdoor stone staircase.
The outdoor space consists of a large terrace surrounding the villa, adorned with flower beds framing the various outdoor areas (lounge area, dining area, brick barbecue and pizza oven). The living area comprises a large, bright panoramic sitting room with an open lounge area, fitted with satellite television and furnished with three elegant sofas, as well as a dining area with a large table.
Opening directly onto the panoramic patio-terrace facing the pool, the living area is fitted with air conditioning, heating and a telephone. The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a wine cellar, an ice maker, a dishwasher, an Italian coffee maker, an American coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and other small appliances. From the kitchen, you can access the terrace fitted with a built-in barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.
The kitchen is accessed via the living area and the terrace. The fourth bedroom, spacious and panoramic, has an en-suite bathroom, a double bed, satellite television, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, toilet, shower, a magnifying mirror and a hairdryer. Important information Rental rules A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within 60 days before arrival.
A refundable security deposit of 2,000 euros is required on arrival and will be returned on departure, less any costs in the event of damage. Check-in between 3.30pm and 5.30pm; check-out before 9.30am. Rates include: Daily cleaning (5 hours a day), use of the pool and garden maintenance (except Sundays); Daily change of bath towels and pool towels, and bed linen changed twice a week; End-of-stay cleaning;
