Villa Ieranto 6 is a splendid luxury villa with sea views, located not far from the beach of Marina del Cantone in Nerano, a former fishing village now a renowned tourist resort, with its small village surrounded by villas, hotels and some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants on the peninsula.
The villa is spread over two floors. The main building, measuring approximately 200 m², offers panoramic terraces overlooking the sea. It is equipped with elevators, private access to the sea, also accessible by private funicular, private parking, air conditioning with an innovative diffusion system, heating, and free Wi-Fi.

The outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by two maritime pines and located on a terrace overlooking the sea, with its panoramic lounge area and whirlpool, is the ideal place to relax while enjoying the scents of the surrounding flower garden.

You won't need a car to stay at Villa Ieranto 6. If you come by car, you can park it for free in the private parking lot located inside the gate.
You will access the rooms of the villa from the parking lot and the entrance gate directly by a private elevator or by an external stone staircase of approximately 30 steps.

The villa has large outdoor spaces of around 500 m² which will allow you to enjoy maximum privacy.
The private swimming pool, located directly on the sea and equipped with hydromassage seats, measures 3.90 meters wide, 9 meters long, and 1.20 to 1.70 meters deep. The lush lawn overlooking it is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor hot shower. From the pool, you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, Marina del Cantone, and the Li Galli islands. The pool is open all year round.

The ground-floor terrace, which surrounds the villa, measures approximately 140 m². In front of the large living room, you'll find a fully furnished seating area and a dining area with a large 3-meter-long table, located under a century-old olive tree. This area is decorated with curtains, creating a cozy patio atmosphere.

The top floor has a large flowered terrace which leads to the four bedrooms, all panoramic and tastefully furnished.

The first bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, has a double bed and a single bed (with an additional trundle bed), satellite TV, a safe, a baby cot, air conditioning, and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower, a beautiful mirror, a hairdryer, and toiletries. From the bedroom, you will access the magnificent terrace with sea views. You can access it from the hallway and the terrace.

The second bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, features a double bed and a single bed, satellite TV, a safe, a minibar, air conditioning, and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and courtesy kit. From the bedroom, you will access a large balcony with spectacular views of the sea and the Li Galli islands. You will reach it from the hallway.

The third bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, features a double bed, a balcony with sea views, satellite TV, a safe, air conditioning, and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and courtesy kit. You will access it from the hallway.

The ground floor is accessible by a private elevator or an external stone staircase. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace surrounding the villa, decorated with flowerbeds that frame the various furnished outdoor spaces (sitting area, dining area, brick barbecue and pizza oven).
The living area features a spacious, bright, panoramic living room with an open-plan seating area, equipped with satellite TV and furnished with three elegant sofas, as well as a dining area with a large table. Opening directly onto the panoramic patio terrace facing the pool, the living room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a telephone.

The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a wine cooler, an ice maker, a dishwasher, an Italian coffee maker, an American coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and other small appliances. From the kitchen, you will access the terrace equipped with a built-in barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. Access to the kitchen is via the living room and the terrace.

The fourth bedroom, spacious and panoramic, has an en-suite bathroom, a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower, magnifying mirror, and hairdryer.

Rental Rules
A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within 60 days of arrival.
A refundable deposit of 2,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any damages incurred.
Arrival between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.; departure before 9:30 a.m.
