Villa Tagada is located on a hill overlooking Cala San Vicente bay. This charming property, recently renovated (2018), offers a breathtaking view over the island's north coast, the crystal-clear waters of Cala San Vicente beach, Es Portitxol beach and the island of Tagomago. The villa, spread over three levels, has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the ground floor: Bedroom 1 with sea view, king-size bed, external bathroom with shower (shared with bedroom 2), WC in the bathroom.
This bedroom is also air conditioned. Bedroom 2 with sea view, two twin beds convertible into a double bed, external bathroom with shower (shared with bedroom 1). This bedroom is also air conditioned. On the first floor is the master bedroom, with sea view. It has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. It is also air conditioned and has a private terrace. On the ground floor you will find private parking with an automatic gate.
On the ground floor, you will find the villa's main room, with the living room and its designer fireplace, the dining room and the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The first floor is reserved for the master suite. Outside, you will find the private pool, ideal for hot summer days, offering a breathtaking sea view, and large terraces with several relaxation areas and a covered summer kitchen. Important Information Booking Rules:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Minimum stay: 7 nights. Check-in between 4.00pm and 8.00pm; check-out between 8.00am and 10.00am. Late arrival (after 8.00pm): €100 (subject to agreement). The price includes: bed linen and towels, changing of bed linen and towels (once a week), electricity, water, gas, cleaning (every 3 days), Wi-Fi and pool and garden maintenance.
Guests are asked to leave their rubbish bags in the bins provided when they leave the house. There is no household waste collection service in Ibiza. In low and mid-season, extra charges may apply if heating and electricity consumption is above average. Children welcome (they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the jacuzzi, pool, sauna or hammam). Deposit: €3,000 (to be paid by pre-authorisation on a bank card; the amount is not charged in advance).
End-of-stay cleaning: €200 to be paid on arrival.
