Villa Sam is a charming property, fully renovated in 2014, located in a strategic position between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The property is 200 metres from several restaurants and bars, a mini-market and a few shops.
The town of Piano di Sorrento is 2 km away, Sorrento 5 km and Positano 7 km from the property; its unique position means the most famous archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum are within 30 kilometres; in addition, you can easily visit the city of Naples, Amalfi and Ravello and the islands of Capri and Ischia; the choice is yours. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a pool, exclusively for guests' use.
This lovely property can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms with an extra bed to be added if needed). There are also 2 kitchens in case of 2 separate families. The property is built over three levels: on the first floor, there is the kitchen, the living room, two double bedrooms with terrace and sea view, and two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. The second floor is connected to the first by an outdoor staircase.
On the second floor, a terrace with sea view and a second, comfortable kitchen welcome you. Two further bedrooms, which also have a terrace with sea view. The third floor comprises a large, fully equipped rooftop terrace with a magnificent view. Free private parking for 3 cars is available on the property. Important Information Booking Rules: A deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
A refundable cash deposit of 400 euros is required on arrival; the money will be returned on departure provided there is no damage. Check-in from 3.00pm; check-out before 10.00am. Prices include: bed linen and towels (1 set per person per week). Exclusive use of the whole property. Please note: the pool is open from 1 May to October (the exact closing date depends on weather conditions). Additional charges to be paid on arrival:
Tourist tax: €4.00 per day per person (aged 18 and over), in accordance with Italian law.
