Recently renovated, Villa Paz, covering 220 m², can accommodate up to 6 people and is arranged as follows: On the ground floor, you will find a pleasant dining area that seats 6 people; The modern kitchen with central island is fully equipped and features an induction hob, an electric oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a freezer, a dishwasher, and more.
On this level, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Both bathrooms have a shower and are both air-conditioned. On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (and air conditioning) and a fully equipped bathroom with shower. This bedroom also gives access to a private balcony.
Outside, Villa Paz has a large private pool surrounded by greenery, sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, and several spaces where you can spend your free time, dine in the shade (a barbecue area with a dining table is also available) or lie back on the veranda sofas. Villa Paz is the ideal choice for those seeking a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. The sea is just 2 km away, restaurants and a supermarket 1 km away, and Ibiza Town is a 10-minute drive. Rental rules: A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, with the remaining balance to be paid within 60 days before the arrival date.
