Villa Avion Rental Amalfi Coast welcomes you for a luxury stay on the Amalfi Coast.
Villa Avion is a superb property located in Marina del Cantone, near Nerano, a charming village with some of the finest beaches on the Sorrento peninsula. There you'll find equipped beaches or can hire sun loungers and parasols. This area is also packed with quality restaurants. Sorrento is about 20 km from Nerano, while the nearest larger towns are Massa Lubrense and Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, both of which offer all the necessary amenities: supermarkets, bars, a post office, restaurants and small shops.
This magnificent property is located on a quiet private lane. A pedestrian gate leads to the main entrance after a few steps. The house is arranged over three floors and has an interior lift serving all levels.
The entrance leads to the large living room with dining area, fully furnished with luxury pieces such as sofas, a large wooden table, a flat-screen satellite television and large sliding glass doors opening onto the first terrace, furnished with armchairs and an outdoor table with chairs, where you can enjoy delicious meals or simply refreshing drinks. The living room also offers luxury amenities such as a piano, a Bose hi-fi system, satellite television and Wi-Fi.
On the same floor is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all appliances, a fridge, a freezer and an ice maker. A guest bathroom is also available. The first floor comprises four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom, two of which give access to a second large terrace fitted with a jacuzzi and offering a magnificent sea view!
On this floor, an additional terrace houses a pizza oven and a barbecue, as well as an outdoor kitchen, ideal for al fresco dining! On the third floor, you will find three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Two of them give access to a lovely terrace overlooking the blue sea, a true haven of greenery that characterises this unique destination. The pool is located on the upper terrace, with an outdoor shower.
The topmost terrace houses a large solarium with sun loungers, all offering a magnificent view over the Bay of Nerano. Important information Rental rules A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. The minimum stay is 7 nights, starting on Saturday. Check-in takes place from 3.00pm; check-out takes place before 10.00am. Arrival after 9.00pm: €50 Guests are responsible for the good conduct of their group.
