Sa Galera Villa is a magnificent property located on the island of Ibiza, in the San Antonio area, in the west of the island. An ideal spot for those seeking a relaxing corner and the most beautiful sunsets in this part of Ibiza. The villa is located just steps from a beach and a restaurant, and the nearest town, San Antonio, is about a 5-minute drive away. Sa Galera Villa has a large private outdoor space made up of a garden and patios.
It has a beautiful private pool fitted with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Close to the house is a covered terrace where you can host al fresco meals with a magnificent sea view. The owner has taken particular care over the outdoor spaces, with garden furniture, all facing the sea, where you can relax and admire the sunset! The interior of the villa is very spacious and elegantly decorated.
The house spans two levels and has, on the ground floor, a large living and dining room with large sliding glass doors overlooking the sea, the sunset and San Antonio bay. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs, you will find 4 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Three of them offer a breathtaking sea view! The villa has every amenity: air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, private parking, barbecue, table tennis table and washing machine. Important Information Rental Features:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Check-in: 4.00pm to 9.00pm. After 9.00pm, a surcharge of €100, payable on-site in cash, is required. Check-out: 10.00am. Hosting parties at the villa and smoking indoors are prohibited, on pain of forfeiting the deposit. Background music is prohibited and must be switched off after 11.00pm. Bathroom towels may not be taken to the beach.
Waste disposal arrangements: at check-in, the manager will explain the waste disposal rules to you. In the event of non-compliance, they reserve the right to charge a fine of up to €100. Security deposit amount: €2,000. The security deposit must be paid in the form of: pre-authorisation on a bank card (the amount is not charged). End-of-stay cleaning: €400 to be paid on arrival.
Tourist tax: €2.20 per person per night; children under 16 are exempt. Assistance: We can be reached via the emergency number, which will be provided to you at check-in. We can help you with all kinds of interesting activities, such as excursions, boat trips, culinary workshops and much more.
