Villa Gomez is located in a quiet residential area, on a hill, near Cala Tarida beach, 2.7 km away. Other west coast beaches, such as Cala Moli, Cala Vadella, Cala Carbo, Cala d'Hort and Cala Conta, are accessible by car (between 5 and 15 minutes), while the village of San José, where you will find all kinds of shops and services, is 6 minutes away. This 300 m² villa, fenced on a 1,200 m² plot, was renovated in 2016 with high-quality furnishings.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall with dressing room, a dining room, a living room with fireplace and a large kitchen fitted with modern appliances, such as a Smeg induction hob, a large fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher and many other appliances. There is also a guest toilet.
On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms: a double bedroom with a 2.00 x 1.60 m bed, a bathroom with shower, and another double bedroom with a 2.00 x 1.60 m bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor, two further bedrooms are available: the master suite, with a king-size bed (2.00 x 1.80 m), an en-suite bathroom with shower and a large terrace with outdoor shower; and a double bedroom (2nd master suite) with a king-size bed (2.00 x 1.80 m), an en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace.
Finally, a fifth, independent double bedroom with a king-size bed (2.00 x 1.80 m) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Outside, the villa has two covered outdoor sitting areas overlooking the pool. A beautiful covered outdoor kitchen with a wooden veranda is fitted with a professional barbecue, a sink, two fridges, tableware, a large table and an outdoor bar. In addition, the infinity pool (11 x 5 m) is heated on request during the colder months.
It also has a terrace furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor toilet. A magnificent, very well-maintained garden is decorated with typical Mediterranean plants. A small relaxation area with a sand patch, two poufs and a parasol are available to you. Fully fenced grounds. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. All bedrooms, the living room and the dining room enjoy a breathtaking sea view and are air conditioned. 6 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs and 2 poufs are available to you in the garden. Pool towels. Booking Rules: A deposit of 50% is due upon confirmation. The balance must be paid within 60 days before the arrival date. Extras with a charge: Extra cleaning, extra bed: €20 per day, cot: €10 per day, high chair: €5 per day, booking fee: €30. Final cleaning: €250 to be paid on arrival. Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August. Check-in: from 3.00pm – Check-out: before 10.00am (€100 for late arrivals after 8.00pm).
Deposit: €6,000 to be paid by pre-authorisation on your credit card (the amount is not charged). Assistance: We can be reached via the emergency number, which will be provided to you at check-in.
