This elegant, classic-style villa, recently built, overlooks the sea on part of the Sorrento peninsula coastline, with views over the “Li Galli” islands and the Bay of Positano. Li Galli is an archipelago located near Positano and the island of Capri. If you are looking to unwind and escape your daily hustle and bustle, Villa Lamaro is an extremely peaceful spot surrounded by an enclosed garden leading to a terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Spread over two levels, it is characterised by panoramic terraces, one of which is adorned with a large 4 x 11 metre pool! Architecturally, the interiors are very elegant, with white marble staircases and spacious halls; the refined furnishings also include antiques. With all its amenities and features such as: telephone, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, satellite television and air conditioning in the bedrooms, Villa Lamaro is a residence of considerable prestige.
From the villa, you can reach the sea via an unpaved path, descending the cliffs for about 3 km. The property is located about 7 km from Sorrento, 7 km from Positano and 30 km from Castellammare, in the village of Colli di San Pietro, along a scenic road that leads to Positano and continues all along the Amalfi Coast. It is easy to reach all the most important central locations or to organise exciting excursions to the island of Capri.
Ground floor: entrance with marble staircase leading to the first floor, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace. First level: 1 double bedroom with bathroom including a bath; 2 double bedrooms each with a private bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom accessible from the terrace with a third single bed and bathroom with shower; large terrace with pool, sun terrace and shower cubicle. All bedrooms have access to the belvedere terrace with sea view. Important Information Booking Rules:
A deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. A refundable deposit of 1,000 euros is required on arrival and will be returned on departure after inspection for damage. Check-in time from 3.00pm, check-out time before 10.00am. Pets are not permitted. Additional charges to be paid on-site: Daily housekeeping (3 hours per day, excluding Sunday): €270 per week Final cleaning €30 per person per week The pool is open from 4 May to 28 September.
Winter heating included in the rate. Electricity is not included, and will be charged in full according to consumption (averaging between €100 and €150 per week). Tourist tax: €4.00 per day per person (aged 18 and over) Personal chef: €70 per hour, plus the cost of food and drinks An extra bed can be added at a price of €700 per week.
