Villa Gatsby is located in the south-west of Mykonos in the beautiful area of Aleomandra, with its small, shaded sandy beach facing south and therefore relatively sheltered from the wind. The water is crystal clear, with a sandy seabed. Villa Gatsby is a superb villa with direct access to the sea, where there is a private jetty, and it is just a few steps from Glyfadi Beach, but is also close to the enchanting beaches of Saint John, Psarou and Ornos, as well as the picturesque and cosmopolitan town of Mykonos. From this room too, you have direct access to the private veranda with pergola and sitting area through French windows. Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king-size bed, smart TV, air conditioning and direct access to the shaded outdoor sitting area and fireplace.

Guest House 1: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king-size bed, smart TV, air conditioning and direct access to the shaded outdoor sitting room and fireplace. From every room, you can admire the spectacular sea view. Private parking, with car chargers, accommodating up to 5 large vehicles. Garden level (lower). From here, you can enjoy the garden view. Guest House 4: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double shower and washbasin, king-size bed. There is also a sitting room with sofas, smart TV, air conditioning and direct access to the spacious pergola area with lounge furniture and a lovely sea view. If you enjoy exercising, you will be pleased to discover there is also a gym with private toilet and yoga mats and other gym equipment provided. The villa's outdoor space is where you will probably spend most of your time.

You will be captivated by the infinity pool (100 m²) with a large lounge area by the pool, shaded outdoor lounge areas, an outdoor dining area and outdoor kitchen with barbecue under a pergola, a veranda with a relaxation area and outdoor jacuzzi, a hammock, fireplace, showers, next to the pool and close to the changing rooms and gardens. There is also secure parking with car chargers accommodating up to 5 large vehicles. The property is part of a larger community of private properties, with which:

– Shared access to a newly built private waterfront jetty (58 metres wide). The jetty is available only for touch-and-go boat transfers, which the guest or the villa management can book for an additional cost. Use of the jetty is only possible in the presence of villa staff, and any other use is strictly prohibited. Professional surveillance service available 7 days a week, at night (from 10.00pm to 6.00am).

Please note that on the ground floor there is an independent staff house* with private entrance, comprising a laundry room, 2 bedrooms (8 people), each with 1 en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen, a separate sitting room and a storage room. The staff house is not included in the offer to guests, who will not have access to this space, and vice versa, as it serves as accommodation for the owners' employees. Subject to prior agreement, the staff house can be offered for the exclusive use of the guest, at an additional cost. Important information

House Rules: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days before arrival.
