Villa Carmen Rental Mykonos welcomes you for a luxury stay in Mykonos.
Carmen 1 is situated on a hillside in a rural area, although close to town, just 50 metres from the coast in an unspoilt location overlooking the sea and the picturesque part of Mykonos Town known as “Little Venice”. The villa was built in 2017 and is arranged over two levels.
The ground floor comprises an elegant, light-filled sitting room and a charming, spacious dining room, both with direct access to the infinity pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully fitted bathroom, and a large veranda overlooking the pool with a splendid view of the sea and the town.
The upper level comprises a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a fully fitted en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and another fully fitted bathroom, all enjoying a magnificent view of the sea and the town.
Outside the villa there is a large, elegant 30 m² infinity pool, surrounded by an extensive sun terrace that includes a large, shaded outdoor living area furnished with comfortable sofas and cushions, sun loungers, deckchairs and a large dining table. The garden is filled with palm trees and a selection of flowers that create a romantic atmosphere of relaxation and wellbeing.
Villa Carmen is the ideal place to unwind after a long day on the island's magnificent beaches or after experiencing its frenetic nightlife. Important information: A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Minimum stay 5 nights. Check-in is from 3.00pm. Check-out is before 11.00am.
A security deposit of €600 must be paid on arrival and will be refunded to you at the end of your stay.
