Villa Sound also has a guest house comprising a master suite with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a terrace. It can accommodate up to 16 people.
The main house offers a vast open-plan living space with glass doors allowing easy access to the pool. A large kitchen is located on the same level, along with a staff bedroom and a guest toilet.
Everything is fitted to the highest quality standards: underfloor heating, a living room with TV and satellite channels, powerful Wi-Fi in every room, a surround sound system, a home cinema room with 7 seats to sit or lie back in, an alarm system and 24/7 CCTV cameras, and much more.
All bedrooms are fitted with fans and air conditioning. The property is fenced and secure, with no overlooking neighbours. A Sonos sound system is available to connect your iPod.
Important information Rental Rules: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. The minimum stay is 7 nights. Arrival is from 4.00pm and departure before 11.00am. Arrival day: Saturdays only A deposit of €10,000 per week must be paid on arrival and returned upon departure, minus any charges in the event of damage.
Included in the price: 8-hour housekeeping service, Monday to Sunday.
Assistance: We can be reached via our emergency number, which will be provided to you at check-in. We can help you and suggest interesting activities, such as excursions, boat trips, culinary workshops and much more.
