Thanks to its unique location, it guarantees relaxation and tranquillity, while remaining close to all the attractions of central Mykonos (7 km) and just a 3-minute drive from the small village of Ano Mera, where you will find numerous local restaurants and various services.
If you wish to explore other beaches, Elia, Panormos and Agios Sostis are just 10-13 minutes' drive away. This luxury villa spans 155 m² over two levels and offers every kind of modern comfort, functionality, beauty and tranquillity. The villa has several dining rooms and living rooms and a private pool, fitted with sun loungers and sofas where you can relax. From there, you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the Aegean Sea and the mountains surrounding this fantastic property.
The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms) all fitted with air conditioning and offering a panoramic view over the sea and mountains and direct access to the pool and the terraces above the patio. One master bedroom has a wheelchair-accessible private bathroom, with toilet and shower, while the other has a bath with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, ideal for leaving all your worries behind. Inside, the large windows create a bright atmosphere.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances. The living room is fitted with an impressive home cinema system with an HD projector, Bluetooth, Blu-ray, media player and Apple TV, letting you stream content from any device. The same system is located in the double bedroom on the upper floor. At night, the numerous lighting options, including architectural LED lighting, let you set the mood.
In short, Villa Neptune will give you the opportunity to spend a dream holiday you will never forget. Important Information House Rules A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 90 days before the arrival date. Minimum stay: 4 nights; 5 nights in June, the first half of July, the second half of August and September; 7 nights in the second half of July and the first half of August. Late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges (after 12.00 noon, a per-day cost applies; after 5.00pm, a full day's cost applies), so please check with us in advance. A security deposit of €3,500 must be paid by bank transfer when settling the remaining balance for the house rental, and will be refunded in full within 10 days of departure, provided no damage has occurred.
