Villa Tomsk is a luxury property located above Cala Vadella, in the heart of a pine forest. The west coast beaches are less than 10 km away, the village of San José is a 5-minute drive, and Ibiza Town is 20 km away. The villa has 4 double bedrooms, an independent apartment and 5 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 10 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room with bar, plasma-screen satellite television, DVD player, audio system and iPod docking station.
From there, you have direct access to the pool terrace and the Japanese garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances (induction hobs, 2 electric ovens, American-style fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine…). The entrance leads through a beautiful, well-maintained garden. Near the living room, you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a hi-fi system, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower.
Through an outdoor corridor, you will reach a double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as another double bedroom with king-size bed, audio system and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the lower level (with independent entrance), you will find a double bedroom with king-size bed, audio system, en-suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace offering a magnificent sea view. ), a private outdoor dining area and a double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the villa has a beautiful terrace with a view over the sea and the surrounding pine forest, a private pool (10 m x 5 m) with automatic coloured LED lighting, a jacuzzi (2 m x 1.5 m), an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area for 8 guests, a barbecue, swings and games for children, uncovered parking for 4 cars and an outdoor gym. Important Information Booking Rules: A deposit of 50% is due upon confirmation.
The balance must be paid within 60 days before the arrival date. Cleaning is not included in the rental price. Extras: extra cleaning, extra bed: €20 per day, cot: €10 per day, high chair: €5 per day, booking fee: €30. Final cleaning: €250 to be paid on arrival. Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August. Check-in: from 3.00pm – Check-out: before 10.00am (€100 for late arrival after 8.00pm).
Deposit: €6,000 to be paid by pre-authorisation on your credit card (the amount is not charged). Assistance: We can be reached via the emergency number, which will be provided to you at check-in.
