Located in Santa Eulalia, Villa Yara is the ideal place for a restful holiday with family or friends. Its outdoor space, featuring an infinity pool with a fountain surrounded by plants, promises hours of pure relaxation. It also has a terrace with sun loungers and lounge areas where you can enjoy a drink after a sunny day. Two Balinese daybeds are also available, along with a barbecue for your summer dinners. The covered dining area has a large table seating up to 12 people.
From the covered loggia, you access the sitting room, with comfortable sofas and a fireplace creating a warm atmosphere. It opens onto the dining room with a beautiful wooden table and onto the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large fridge, with a secondary entrance from outside. The house spans 300 m² over three floors. It offers a magnificent view from its three panoramic balconies. It can accommodate up to 12 people and comprises six bedrooms and four bathrooms with shower and bath.
Some bedrooms have a television and are arranged as follows: two with a king-size bed, three with two single beds and one with a queen-size bed. At Villa Yara, you will find Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking and a magnificent roof terrace with sun loungers and a fire pit for unforgettable sunsets. Your pets are welcome (for an additional charge). Important information Rental rules A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult when using the jacuzzi, pool, sauna or hammam. Children welcome. Pets allowed (surcharge of €100 per pet). Check-in: 4.00pm – Check-out: 10.00am. Deposit amount: €1,500.00. The deposit must be paid via a bank card pre-authorisation (the amount is not charged). End-of-stay cleaning: €500, payable on arrival. Tourist tax: €2.20 per day per person. Assistance We are available via our emergency number, which will be given to you at check-in.
