Villa The Marvel is a luxury property located just 4 km from Ibiza Town. It offers a breathtaking view over the salt flats, Cap Falco, Playa d'en Bossa and the jewel of the island of Formentera. It is ideally located for reaching Ibiza's restaurants, bars and nightlife venues. The property, with its modern and comfortable style, spans 600 m² on a 3,000 m² plot, surrounded by a beautiful garden. It has a large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols for sunny days.
Comfortable sofas are arranged in the various shaded areas and loggias, ideal for chatting or reading a book in complete tranquillity. The space is also home to a superb 17-metre-long infinity pool, with a small heated winter pool located right beside it, in a very private setting. For al fresco dining, a large dining area with table, chairs and barbecue is available to you.
From the outdoor spaces, you can admire magnificent sunsets while enjoying a drink with friends or family and making the most of this unique setting. From the entrance, you will notice the white and warm colours used for the décor and finishing touches, the many paintings by local artists, and the sophisticated amenities such as 4K TVs, games, the children's channel and every TV channel. The audio system covers the entire house, garden and pool.
High-speed Wi-Fi and the alarm system guarantee high-end amenities. Villa The Marvel is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, vast open-plan living spaces bathed in natural light through large picture windows allow you to admire the beauty of nature and the Mediterranean Sea. The living room has several comfortable sofas and a television.
In a separate room is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, with a large table and chairs. To the side, a space dedicated to sport and gym use offers a splendid sea view. Upstairs, a relaxation, quiet and rejuvenation space awaits you. Two adjoining bedrooms with sliding glass doors, sharing a bathroom with shower and hammam, can be used as a private suite.
Three further bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower, offer a magnificent sea view from their huge panoramic terrace, allowing you to admire the south-east and southern coastlines. A unique experience in Ibiza. The interior is completed by an air-conditioned staff bedroom, with a queen-size bed, toilet and shower. In the basement, you will find a guest toilet. This villa is ideal in every season. It is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, a large parking area and four covered parking spaces.
Many services are included in the stay, such as 10 hours of housekeeping per day except Sunday, 40 hours of upkeep per week, changing of towels and linen two to three times a week, a gas barbecue and much more. Relaxation, comfort and privacy are guaranteed for a group of friends or a family wishing to spend an unforgettable holiday in Ibiza. Important information Rental Rules A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
