Villa Mathis is a modern property with 7 bedrooms in total – all double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom – and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. The Villa – arranged over two levels – is laid out as follows: at the entrance you will be welcomed by a living room with TV and dining area. You will find a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for your meals, as well as a guest bathroom.

On the same level there are also 2 bedrooms furnished in a minimalist style with TV and en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms have a shared balcony, accessed via large French windows, from which you can enjoy the splendid sea view. The lower level includes a small kitchenette with washing machine and a room that gives direct access to a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV, from which you reach the front courtyard, which leads via a few steps to the pool and barbecue area.

Two annexes, both with a double bed and private bathroom, offer other guests the chance to have their own independence while sharing the outdoor and relaxation areas. Speaking of outdoor spaces, they really are impressive. Here you will find a swimming pool, large verandas partly covered by a pergola for shade, and, above all, a splendid view over Mykonos Town, the windmills and, among other things, Korfos Beach. The Villa offers a barbecue and free private parking.
