Overview

Villa Lola is located just five minutes from Ibiza Town centre and close to Talamanca beach. This contemporary villa offers a spectacular view over the Mediterranean Sea and perfect privacy for an exclusive holiday with family or friends. Outside, a 15-metre-long saltwater infinity pool, a panoramic terrace with sun loungers and parasol, as well as a loggia with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Inside, the spacious living room with television, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen is bathed in light through large sliding glass doors. Villa Lola is arranged over several levels via an interior staircase. On the first floor, four bedrooms with double bed (180 cm), en-suite bathroom and television. One of them also has a private terrace. On the same floor, two further bedrooms share a bathroom, with a double bed (160 cm, the other 180 cm).

The property is fully fenced on a 1,000 m² plot, with two covered parking spaces, a utility room, a guest toilet and an automatic entrance gate. Important information Rental rules A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Children must be supervised by an adult when using the jacuzzi, pool, sauna or hammam. Children welcome.

Guests are asked to put their rubbish bags in the containers provided when they leave the house. There is no doorstep rubbish collection service on Ibiza. In low and mid-season, charges may apply if heating and electricity consumption is above average. Organising events at the property is prohibited without prior authorisation. No safety fence around the pool. Pets allowed. The pool is not supervised.

The tap water in some houses on Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase in high season. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. The house must be returned in the same condition as on arrival. Otherwise, charges may be applied to the guest.
