Villa Joya is located in the Sant Josep area, at the heart of Ibiza's most beautiful beaches. Just a few minutes' drive away are Cala Moli and Cala Tarida, while the centre of Sant Josep, with its typical restaurants, bars and shops, is only 5 minutes away. You will also find all the services you need there: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, post office, and so on. Villa Joya, designed by a renowned Spanish designer, is nestled in a lush pine and eucalyptus forest, between Sant Josep de sa Talaia and Cala Tarida.
Facing the sunset, it offers a panoramic view over the Ibiza landscape, the Mediterranean Sea and the islands of Conillera, S'Espartar and Es Vedrà. Perched on a hillside, it offers a breathtaking sea view from every room, thanks to its natural slopes. Two separate sitting rooms allow you to admire the sunset, while an outdoor table, shaded by a leafy pergola, is perfect for dining al fresco.
The sun loungers arranged around the pool offer an elegant contrast to the raw stonework of the landscape. Architecturally, the house is characterised by its rounded, hand-plastered stucco corners, evoking classic Ibizan style, enhanced with minimalist touches. The interior is in perfect condition, with high-end fittings and furnishings.
The silvery-grey micro-cement floors, the bathrooms' stone bathtubs, the pristine white walls, and the use of teak and zebrano wood capture the light and atmosphere of the island. Access to the property is via an electric gate, ensuring absolute privacy and security. The house measures 320 m². The main entrance leads to the living room (on the right), with a sea view.
It is furnished with a large sofa and two matching armchairs, with two zebrano wood coffee tables at the centre, a fireplace, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player, a Blu-ray player and a hi-fi system for iPod. In front of the main entrance is the dining room, with a large solid wood table and chairs for 6/8 people.
From the dining room, you move into the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances: fridge, freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, separate built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, juicer, and so on. From the kitchen, a door leads outside. To the left of the entrance are two double bedrooms with independent access from the pool. Both have queen-size beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a sea view.
One of them has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, while the second bedroom also has a separate bathroom with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are independent suites, accessible only from outside. The first suite is on the upper floor and is accessed via an outdoor staircase leading, on the right, to a large bathroom with a cement-stone bathtub. The double bedroom has a king-size bed (2 m x 2 m) and its own sitting room with fireplace.
Two large picture windows with sea views open onto a private roof terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. The second suite, on the ground floor in a separate building, includes a king-size bed (2 m x 2 m) and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. It is accessed via its own private door or through large sliding glass doors leading onto the pool and relaxation area. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
The grounds of this property span 2,450 m². A private driveway with an electric gate leads to a large parking area. Beyond the parking area, separated by a low wall, is the salt-water infinity pool (6 m x 8 m), surrounded by sun loungers and a sitting area with several separate relaxation corners. On the other side of the villa, a table under a shaded canopy can seat 10 people, with a built-in barbecue. Important information Rental Rules
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining balance due within the 60 days preceding arrival. Arrival from 4.00pm, departure at 10.00am. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay of one week in high season (July and August). Outside high season, it is possible to rent the property for less than a week (flexible arrival and departure days). 3 hours of daily housekeeping (except Sundays) included, with a full changeover on Saturdays.
Damage deposit: €5,000, returned 3 days after the end of the stay if no damage is found. Final cleaning: €200, payable on arrival. Assistance: We can be reached via our emergency number, which will be provided to you at check-in. We can help you and suggest interesting activities, such as excursions, boat trips, culinary workshops and much more.
