Villa Beleza Rental Ibiza welcomes you for a luxury stay in Ibiza.
Villa Beleza offers an intimate, secluded atmosphere, located in a quiet area on a hillside in Es Cubelles, with a panoramic view over the south coast of Ibiza, Salinas beach and the island of Formentera. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with fireplace and a terrace with sea view. From the open-plan kitchen, you can access a second terrace fitted with a table, chairs and a barbecue area.
A 10 x 5 metre infinity pool and a relaxation area with sun loungers complete the property. Villa Beleza has 4 bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning and television, all with en-suite bathroom: two on the ground floor and the other two on the lower level. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Important information Rental rules A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the final balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the arrival date. Minimum stay: 7 nights; arrival on Saturday.
In August, minimum stay: 2 weeks. Check-in from 4.00pm; check-out before 10.00am. Late arrival: €100.00 Late arrival from 8.00pm: from €100.00 per stay. Security deposit of €3,000, settled by pre-authorisation on your credit card (the amount is not charged). End-of-stay cleaning: €200, payable on arrival. Children must be supervised by an adult when using the jacuzzi, pool, sauna or hammam. Children welcome.
Guests are asked to put their rubbish bags in the containers provided when they leave the house. There is no household rubbish collection service on Ibiza. In low and mid-season, charges may apply if heating and electricity consumption is above average. Organising events at the property is prohibited without prior authorisation. No safety fence around the pool. The pool is not supervised. The tap water in some houses on Ibiza is slightly salty.
This percentage may increase in high season. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. The house must be returned in the same condition as on arrival. Otherwise, charges may be applied to the guest.
