The Sea Farmhouse | Villa Amalfi Coast

The Sea Farmhouse is a beautiful holiday complex located on the hillside of the Sorrento Peninsula, between Sorrento and Positano, both about 10 km away. The nearest village is Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (a 5-minute drive), where, during the hot summer months, you'll easily find refreshment and everything you need: supermarket, pubs and restaurants, pharmacies, post office, banks, etc.
This magnificent property extends over a vast plot of land surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy the greenery and a breathtaking view of the sea and the islets of Li Galli. This corner of paradise is the ideal refuge for a relaxing holiday, ideal for large groups of friends or families. This place is characterized by a rustic style, typical of a farmhouse. In addition, the owners grow a wide range of local products (lettuce, tomatoes, eggplant, etc.). There is also a factory making jams, tomato sauce, the famous limoncello and other specialties. If you wish, you can taste all these products; you can even request breakfast, lunch or dinner, thanks to an internal catering service available (on request and at an additional cost).

La Ferme de la Mer can accommodate up to 27 people, and four additional single beds can be added upon request for an additional fee. Other buildings, slightly separate from the main complex, are located within the vast property. They can accommodate an additional 9 people in 3 suites and 4 additional people in 2 standard rooms, for a total of 44 people (additional room prices on request).

The villa includes:

Villa 1, consisting of six double bedrooms (two with terraces) and two single bedrooms, can accommodate up to 14 people. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. This building also includes a living room.

Villa 2, located near villa 1, at the beginning of the property, is made up of two suites that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Villa 3 includes a master bedroom (with private bathroom) that can accommodate 3 people and three other luxury double bedrooms, making a total of 9 beds.

Near Villas 1 and 2, guests have access to a large kitchen and a large dining room that can accommodate up to 50 people. Upon request, a staff member can clean the kitchen (for an additional fee). It is also possible to arrange entertaining cooking classes or dinners with a private chef.

The property also has a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by tables and chairs, umbrellas and deckchairs, where you can relax or have an aperitif while admiring the sunset over the sea.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A large private parking area is available to all guests. While a car is recommended, car transfers can be arranged in advance.

Finally, The Sea Farmhouse can also organize special events (weddings, private parties, etc.).

Important information
Rental Rules:
Rates are for 27 people. 4 additional single beds for 4 people can be added at a daily rate of €65 per day per person.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within 60 days of arrival.
A refundable deposit of 1,500 euros (also by credit card) is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, less any damage charges.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m.
The rental price includes: a set of sheets, towels per stay and per person, electricity, international breakfast, cleaning staff for the kitchen and the restaurant room, as well as for lunch and dinner, including tablecloths, a baby bed and a high chair for babies under 3 years old on request.
A maximum of 5 children aged 4-12 are allowed. Babies aged 0-3 are welcome.

Supplements to be paid on site.
Mandatory daily cleaning (3 hours per day and end-of-stay cleaning): €25 per person per stay. Change of sheets and towels every 3 days.
Taxe de séjour : 4 € par jour et par personne (à partir de 18 ans).
En cas de non-respect du règlement intérieur, des pénalités seront appliquées selon les cas.

Remarque importante :
À côté de la propriété se trouve un bar à vin proposant des dégustations de vins et d’autres produits locaux. Il est géré par la même famille propriétaire du complexe, au sein de la même vaste propriété, mais avec une entrée distincte, séparée par des plantes de l’espace réservé aux résidents de la villa.
