The Sea Farmhouse is a magnificent holiday complex located on the hilly slopes of the Sorrento peninsula, between Sorrento and Positano, both around 10 km away. The nearest village is Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (5 minutes by car), where, during the intense summer heat, you will easily find somewhere to cool off and everything you need: supermarket, pubs and restaurants, pharmacies, post office, banks, and so on.
This magnificent property spans vast grounds surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy the greenery and a breathtaking view over the sea and the Li Galli islets. This corner of paradise is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday, perfect for large groups of friends or families. This place is characterised by a rustic style, typical of a farmhouse. ). It is also home to a small production of jams, tomato sauce, the famous limoncello and other specialities.
If you wish, you can sample all these products; you can even request breakfast, lunch or dinner, thanks to an in-house catering service available (on request and for an additional charge). The Sea Farmhouse can accommodate up to 27 people and, on request, four additional single beds can be added for an extra charge. Other buildings, slightly separated from the main complex, are located within the vast property.
They can accommodate 9 additional people in 3 suites and 4 additional people in 2 standard bedrooms, for a total of 44 people (prices for additional bedrooms on request). The villa comprises: Villa 1, made up of 6 double bedrooms (two with terrace) and two single bedrooms, can accommodate up to 14 people. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. This building also includes a living room. Villa 2, located near Villa 1, at the start of the property, comprises two suites that can accommodate up to 6 people.
Villa 3 includes a master bedroom (with private bathroom) that can accommodate 3 people, and three further luxury double bedrooms, for a total of 9 sleeping spaces. Near Villas 1 and 2, a large kitchen is available to guests, along with a large dining room that can seat up to 50 people. On request, a member of staff can take care of the kitchen cleaning (for an additional charge). It is also possible to arrange fun cooking classes or dinners with a private chef.
The property also has a lovely pool surrounded by tables and chairs, parasols and sun loungers, where you can relax or enjoy a drink while admiring the sunset over the sea. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A large private car park is available to all guests. If a car is recommended, car transfers can be arranged in advance. ). 4 additional single beds for 4 people can be added at the daily rate of €65 per day per person. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within the 60 days preceding arrival. A refundable deposit of €1,500 (also payable by bank card) is required on arrival and will be returned upon departure, minus any charges in the event of damage. Arrival is between 3.00pm and 7.30pm, and departure is before 10.00am.
The rental price includes: a set of bed linen, bath towels per stay per person, electricity, international breakfast, housekeeping staff for the kitchen and dining room, as well as for lunch and dinner, including tablecloths, a cot and a high chair for babies under 3 on request. A maximum of 5 children aged 4 to 12 is permitted. Babies aged 0 to 3 are welcome. Meeting point for check-in at the Hotel Prestige.
