Tenuta Viola Rental Amalfi Coast welcomes you for a luxury stay on the Amalfi Coast.
Tenuta Viola is located in Massa Lubrense, a magnificent coastal town on the Sorrento peninsula, one of Italy's most celebrated tourist destinations thanks to its stunning natural scenery. Stretching along the Tyrrhenian Sea and almost touching the island of Capri, it forms a watershed between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. The villa covers an area of 2 hectares, between Massa Lubrense's central square and its marina.
The building, the Palazzo Guerra, dates from 1769 and covers an area of 800 m², comprising porticoes, large sitting rooms, kitchens, bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a panoramic terrace with 360° views. More than 7,000 m² are devoted to a lush Mediterranean garden, a car park, two swimming pools (one of them heated), a barbecue area and two outdoor fitness areas. €2,000 security deposit, charged to the client's card by the owner or paid in cash before/on arrival, and refunded two days after departure, subject to a full inventory check. Arrival time: between 3.30pm and 7.30pm. Late arrival: €100 payable on arrival: between 7.30pm and 9.30pm. After 9.30pm: €150. Departure time: 9.30am. Minimum stay: 7 nights. Other durations on request. Arrival day: Saturday. Other arrival days on request.
End-of-stay cleaning is included. Tenants are required to leave the property in a perfectly clean condition. Any additional cleaning, cleaning of stained upholstery and extraordinary maintenance will be charged against the deposit. The pool is open from mid-April to the end of October approximately. Please note that the pool's opening dates depend on local weather conditions and maintenance requirements. The colder months may not be suitable for swimming.
Guests are required to hold valid insurance covering cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. Services included in the price: Water, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen changed every 3 days and towels changed daily if needed. Housekeeping is provided every day for 4 hours, at a time chosen by the client, between 8am and 11am. Continental breakfast is served every day for 2 hours, at a time chosen by the client, between 8am and 10am. Parking and Wi-Fi.
