Villa Ivy is a recently built luxury property located in Sant'Agnello near Sorrento (less than 2 km from the town centre), with easy access to the beach (the lift down to the sea is less than 250 metres away), to restaurants and bars, all just a few steps away, while a supermarket, a few grocery shops and the train station are around 600 metres away.
This luxury villa offers every modern comfort and is the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends seeking luxury accommodation for an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful region. It has been designed to the highest standards, with great attention to detail and top-quality finishes and furnishings such as: Frette bed linen and bath towels, Simmons mattresses, marble floors, artisan tiling, high-end Flos designer lamps, and more. It offers
all kinds of amenities typical of 5-star accommodation, such as Wi-Fi throughout the property, flat-screen TVs, a docking station, CCTV in the common areas, a concierge service, a welcome breakfast basket and much more. Villa Ivy comprises 4 independent units, is arranged over 3 levels, offers a total of 8 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 19 people (3 on sofa beds).
Outside, it has green spaces fitted with a jacuzzi, a mini-pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, deckchairs, parasols and an outdoor dining and barbecue area. As soon as you enter the building, on the left, you will find a first independent apartment, accessed via an outdoor staircase. Outside, there is a small outdoor terrace, fitted with sun loungers and a small coffee table with chairs.
Entering the apartment, you will soon find a bright and well-appointed living room, with a small sofa bed perfect for accommodating 1 adult, 2 armchairs, a small dining table and a lovely kitchenette, which can be hidden away when not in use. This magnificent suite has 2 outdoor balconies that let in natural light and brighten up the whole atmosphere. Along the corridor, there is a small bathroom with shower.
Entering the sleeping area, you will find a fantastic four-poster bed with a king-size mattress: a particularly well-appointed bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, a separate shower room and a separate WC. This apartment measures around 60 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people (one on a sofa bed). Entering the main building on the ground floor, there are two living units.
The one on the right measures 130 m² and is arranged over two levels; it has 3 double bedrooms, all with bathroom, and can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room fitted with a sofa, an armchair, and a dining table seating 6, with direct access to the garden through a glass door. FrenchOn this level, we also find a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom, with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool/garden.
Opposite this unit, there is another 60 m² suite with a four-poster bed, access to a private garden area with jacuzzi, sun loungers and dining table. This suite also has a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchenette with dining table and an en-suite bathroom. Going up to the upper floor (via the stairs or using the interior lift), we reach the penthouse, which is arranged over 2 levels; it comprises 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom and two luxury bedrooms.
The master bedroom is 60 m² and can comfortably accommodate 2 people (+ a 3rd on a sofa bed set up in the living room); it has an en-suite bathroom with shower, a comfortable living room fitted with a table, chairs, a television, a sofa bed and a kitchenette with induction hob. The living room has access to the terrace, fitted with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, a coffee table, chairs, and from where you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view.
The other two bedrooms both have an en-suite bathroom; one bedroom has a king-size bed and a bathroom with combined bathtub and shower, the other, adjoining bedroom has twin beds (which can be joined together) and a private bathroom with shower; both bedrooms have parquet flooring. Going
up to the top floor via a few stairs (or by lift), you reach an open-plan room comprising a large living room, the main fully equipped kitchen and the indoor dining room, which can seat all the villa's guests. There is also a bathroom serving this shared space. The atmosphere is very bright, with large windows that let the sun naturally light the entire space. The living room is fitted with a large, comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace.
From here, you will be able to enjoy the sea view through the large picture windows, and you will have access to the large terrace, which is fitted with a pool (4.20 m x 2.20 m) that can be heated, sun loungers, a table and chairs. The villa is also fitted with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Important information Rental Rules: A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the final balance due within 60 days before arrival. Arrival time is from 3.00pm to 9.00pm, late check-in fee from 9.00pm: €40.00
Departure time is before 10.30am Minimum stay: 5 nights A refundable deposit of €1,000 must be paid on arrival; it will be returned upon departure, minus any charges in the event of damage. Rates include: welcome breakfast basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, housekeeping every other day, linen change every 3 days, end-of-stay cleaning, concierge service. Additional charges: Tourist tax: €4.00 per day (up to 1 week), per person (from age 18).
On-site parking if available, max 2 cars, on a first-come, first-served basis, at €15.00 per day payable on site. Alternatively, parking is available in a nearby garage (150 metres away) for around €20.00 per day.
