The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for small families or groups. It is surrounded by a variety of colourful flowers and cacti. The villa has a fantastic pool from which you can enjoy a magnificent view.

The pool is well equipped, with sun loungers, chairs, parasols and a teak deck. Just steps from the pool is a shaded veranda with a lounge area and a dining table, ideal for gathering with family or friends. The indoor spaces comprise: an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped), a sitting room and a dining room, decorated in a minimalist style. This same style distinguishes all the bedrooms, which are arranged as follows:

On the ground floor, there is one bedroom (with a bathroom), while the other two bedrooms are located on the first floor, where there is also a full bathroom. An additional guest bathroom is located on the ground floor.

• The minimum required stay is 5 days, and arrival/departure dates are flexible, except during June-July-August, when the minimum stay is 1 week (Saturday to Saturday).
• Check-in time from 3:00pm to 8:00pm, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Check-out time is at 10:00am
• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
• A security deposit of €2,000 must be paid on arrival and is refundable at the end of your stay.
