The outdoor space features one of the largest pools with sun loungers, terraces and an outdoor dining area, letting you enjoy the magnificence of the surrounding panorama and the greatest comfort in a very luxurious, well-equipped setting with a barbecue, satellite television and air conditioning in every room. The ground floor of the first villa comprises a sitting room with a dining area and fireplace, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The upper floor comprises 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 1 very large bedroom with a king-size bed, also with an en-suite bathroom. The ground floor of the second villa comprises a lovely sitting room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a full guest bathroom and a king-size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The upper level offers a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a shared bathroom.

Use of the heliport Important information House rules: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, with the final balance due no later than 60 days before arrival. Check-in is from 3.00pm. Check-out is before 11.00am. Late check-out, from 11.00am to 6.00pm: 50% surcharge on the daily rate. After 6.00pm: 100% surcharge on the daily rate. Rates include: all taxes, daily cleaning (linen change twice a week), pool maintenance, luxury amenities.
Charges not included: Summer climate resilience tax: €10 per night, to be paid upon booking confirmation or in cash before departure.
A deposit of €3,000 must be paid on arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay.
