One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and French doors opening onto the balcony with sea views.\n\nThe functional open-plan kitchen, fitted out as an ultra-modern kitchen, is fully equipped with modern appliances, accessories, crockery and kitchen utensils, and provides easy access to the outdoor living space, leading to the terrace directly from the kitchen's glass door.\n\nThe living space is bright and welcoming, all in white with touches of stone and wood throughout that create a warm, inviting atmosphere, with particular attention to detail and a touch of luxury. The sitting room also has a magnificent fireplace, a large sofa, a television, and provides easy access to the outdoor terrace.\n\nMoving on to the bedrooms, guests will find 6 well-appointed bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, tastefully decorated with beautiful pieces of contemporary art, adding extra value to the whole property!Important informationRental terms A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the final balance due no later than 60 days before arrival. The minimum stay is 4 nights for April, May, June, September and October; 6 nights for July and August. Check-in is from 3.00pm; check-out is before 10.00am. A deposit of €1,200 must be paid on arrival and will be refunded at departure, minus any charges in the event of damage.
