Important information
Rental Rules:
Check-in between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation, while the balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 7 nights (arrival on Saturday).
Deposit: €1,000 withheld at the agency or pre-authorized at the villa.
Children 12 years and older are welcome.
Tourist tax of €3 per person per night for the first seven days.
This tax is to be paid on site upon arrival in cash.
Non-smoking villa.
Pets not allowed.
Additional services booked on site must be paid for before departure, unless otherwise agreed.
