Cette élégante villa de style classique, récemment construite, domine la mer sur une partie de la côte de la péninsule de Sorrente, avec vue sur les îles de « Li Galli » et le golfe de Positano. Li Galli est un archipel situé près de Positano et de l’île de Capri. Si vous cherchez à vous détendre et à vous relaxer de votre agitation quotidienne, la Villa Lamaro est un endroit extrêmement tranquille entouré d’un jardin clôturé qui mène à une terrasse surplombant la mer Tyrrhénienne.

Répartie sur deux niveaux, elle est caractérisée par des terrasses panoramiques, dont l’une est ornée d’une grande piscine de 4 x 11 mètres ! Sur le plan architectural, les intérieurs sont très élégants avec des escaliers en marbre blanc et des halls spacieux ; le mobilier raffiné comprend également des antiquités. Avec tous ses accessoires et commodités tels que : téléphone, chauffage central, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four à micro-ondes, télévision par satellite et climatisation dans les chambres, la Villa Lamaro est une résidence de prestige considérable.

From the villa, you can reach the sea via an unpaved path, descending the cliffs for approximately 3 km. The property is located about 7 km from Sorrento, 7 km from Positano and 30 km from Castellammare, in the village of Colli di San Pietro, along a scenic road that leads to Positano and continues all the way along the Amalfi Coast. It is easy to reach all the main central locations or to arrange exciting excursions to the island of Capri.

Ground floor: entrance with marble staircase leading to the first floor, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace. First level: 1 double bedroom with bathroom including a bath; 2 double bedrooms each with a private bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom accessible from the terrace with a third single bed and bathroom with shower; large terrace with pool, sun terrace and shower cubicle. All bedrooms have access to the belvedere terrace with sea view. Important Information Booking Rules:

Un acompte de 30 % est exigé à la confirmation, tandis que le solde final est dû au plus tard 60 jours avant la date d’arrivée. Frais supplémentaires à régler sur place : Ménage quotidien (3 heures par jour, hors dimanche) : 270 € par semaine Ménage final 30 € par personne et par semaine La piscine est ouverte du 4 mai au 28 septembre.

Chauffages d’hiver inclus dans le tarif. L’électricité n’est pas incluse, elle sera entièrement facturée à la consommation (en moyenne entre 100 et 150 € par semaine). Taxe de séjour : 4,00 € par jour et par personne (à partir de 18 ans) Chef personnel : 70 € par heure, plus les frais de nourriture et de boissons Il est possible d’ajouter un lit supplémentaire au prix de 700 € par semaine.
